Cara Update Directx 11 For Windows 7

I have problem With DirectX after upgrade from Windows 8.1 Update 1 to Windows 10 from Media Creation Tool. This problem appear after i play Tropico 5 'Error: you need DirectX 11 and a DirectX 11-capable graphic cards to run this game.' But, in Windows 8.1 i have DirectX 11 and smoothly run this game before. I try to check on dxdiag, DirectX 10 version. This is so confused. How can Windows 10 downgrade my DirectX version???.

I can't run my games that already installed from Windows 8.1. How to fix??(This picture will explain). And i just want to ask another question. Tekla structures manual. How can my bios is different? NB: On left is Windows 8.1 that i take a long time ago, but last check (before upgrade) is same report. And on right is Windows 10 now.
