To remove the passenger seat in a Saturn SL2 2002 you need an E10 inverted torque socket. Saturn mechanic tells me this is a standard tool, but is not widely available because they have not been used for very long. I found a set of inverted torque sockets, which included the E10, at a tool crib store in North Hollywood, JM Tools on Sherman Way at 818 764-8973, for under $20.00 The socket works fine, the seat lifts right out after you unbolt the four bolts holding the seat in place.
